01 About ELT5 Media

ELT5 Media provides professional media production services, including but not limited to:

• Videography
• Photography
• Live streaming services
• Corporate video production
• Drone aerial photography and videography
• Event coverage
• Media editing and post-production

02 Booking and Service Agreement

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Acceptance of our quotation or proposal.
• Payment of the required deposit (where applicable).
• Confirmation from ELT5 Media in writing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

03 Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed invoice or contract.
• Late payments may attract additional charges where permitted by law.
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment has been received.

04 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellation made close to the scheduled production date may incur additional costs already committed by ELT5 Media.

Rescheduling

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

05 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information.
• Obtain all necessary permissions for filming locations.
• Ensure all participants have consented to being photographed or filmed.
• Provide access to locations at the agreed times.
• Designate an authorized representative for project approvals.

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

06 Delivery of Services

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Client feedback and revisions
• Weather conditions
• Technical issues beyond our control

ELT5 Media will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe.

07 Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or contract:

• Minor revisions are included.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.

08 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ELT5 Media retains copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, graphics, and creative works produced.
• The client receives a license to use the final delivered materials for the agreed purpose.
• Raw footage, project files, and editable files remain the property of ELT5 Media unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.

09 Portfolio Rights

ELT5 Media may use photographs, videos, and completed projects for:

• Portfolio display
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing materials
• Awards and competitions

If a client requires confidentiality, this must be agreed upon in writing before production.

10 Drone Operations

Drone services are conducted in accordance with all applicable aviation laws and regulations.

Drone flights may be cancelled, delayed, or modified due to:

• Weather conditions
• Airspace restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Government regulations
• Site restrictions

No refunds will be issued for drone services that cannot legally or safely be performed, although alternative arrangements may be discussed where possible.

11 Live Streaming Services

While ELT5 Media uses professional equipment and reliable internet solutions, uninterrupted streaming cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Internet outages
• Power interruptions
• Third-party platform failures
• Network congestion

We shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party services.

12 Force Majeure

ELT5 Media shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Civil unrest
• Equipment theft
• Severe weather
• Power failures

13 Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to safeguard client materials and produce high-quality work, ELT5 Media's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Missed business opportunities
• Delays caused by third parties
• Equipment failures despite reasonable precautions

14 Image Quality and Artistic Style

The client acknowledges that:

• Photography and videography involve artistic judgment.
• Editing style, composition, colour grading, and final presentation are at the discretion of ELT5 Media unless otherwise agreed.
• No refunds shall be provided based solely on subjective artistic preference.

15 Client Content

Where clients provide logos, music, graphics, or other materials, they confirm they have the legal right to use such content.

The client agrees to indemnify ELT5 Media against any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied materials.

16 Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly.

Information collected through our website or during service delivery is used solely for:

• Communication
• Project management
• Billing
• Customer support
• Legal compliance

17 Website Use

Users of our website agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
